Of conventional rectangular form, the lids engraved with the regimental device for the 72nd Highlanders, the base with stag engraved to interior, two lids with removable handles by Paul Storr, and a fourth base, lid lacking, in worn condition, together with an unrelated silver trophy lid, by Mappin & Webb, London 1913, length of dishes 31.3cm, weight 201oz.
