The 12 inch gilt brass dial with silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring enclosing a cross-hatched centre with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the twin train movement striking a bell, enclosed by a moulded hood with swan neck pediment, above a later carved trunk door within quarter fluted pilasters, on box base and bracket feet, high 220cm.
