An early George III silver cruet stand
Probably by John Delmester, London 1761
The curved heptagon platform on four shell and ball feet, issuing acanthus leaf and scroll supports for upper guard rings, with coat of arms cartouche, the central vertical post with scrolling rococo shell handle, the seven bottles of varying size with metal caps, (unmarked) of circular domed and pear shape including some pierced, with varying finials weight of frame 33.8oz.
