A Regimental 1854 Pattern Officer's Sword of the Grenadier Guards
82.5cm straight blade of flattened hexagonal section blade by Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London numbered 6900 for 1855, etched on one side with a short inscription possibly in Urdu and also engraved with a monogram beneath a coronet, regulation steel gothic hilt incorporating regimental badge, wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its silver plated steel scabbard, two suspension rings.
