A Silver Mounted Presentation Tulwar Hilted Sword
Broad 75cm double edged blade by Henry Wilkinson number 21801 for 1877, etched with foliate scrolls, cornucopia and presentation inscription now erased, silver hilt tulwar style hilt, the pommel and quillon terminals engraved with foliage, in its leather covered steel scabbard with scroll engraved silver mounts, the locket with frog hook. Hallmarked London 1876.
