A Presentation 1828 Pattern Scottish Basket Hilted Broadsword
82cm single fullered blade by Henderson & Co, 14 West Nile St, Glasgow, etched with foliate scrolls, crowned VR cypher, regimental title of the 2nd V.B. Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders, thistles and presentation inscription, regulation steel basket hilt, wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its steel scabbard, two suspension rings, complete with crimson faced buff leather liner and fringe tassel.
