74cm blade flattened diamond section, etched to the tip with scrolling foliage, classical urns, stands of arms, one of which incorporates a trumpet banner engraved with the GR cypher and the figures of Peace and Victory, gilt mounted hilt, the crossguard with ecusson engraved with a starburst, two-piece ivory grips, in its shagreen covered wood scabbard (some losses), gilt mounts engraved with stands of arms and foliage, two suspension rings.
