84cm unfullered blade with clipped back point by C.F. Johns & Pegg, Clifford Street, St. London, brightly etched against a matt ground with scrolling foliage, crowned ERVII cypher and a crown over a rose, gilt mounted hilt, cast with scrolling foliage, the ecusson applied on each side with a silver rose, two-piece ivory grips, in its leather scabbard with gilt mounts, the suspension mounts embossed with acorns and oakleaves, two suspension rings, complete with knot of gold and crimson cord and acorn.
