A Yeoman Warder's Part Uniform EIIR Period
Comprising a blue and scarlet cloth round hat, this with frontal triple layered cockade in blue and scarlet cloth. Frock coat in blue cloth with scarlet cloth facings and trimmings including a large EIIR Royal cypher. Eight anodised buttons showing the crown within a scalloped edge. Blue and scarlet cloth waist belt with simple gilt metal buckle. Together with a pair of navy cloth trousers, these with broad (6.5cms) gold lace oak leaf pattern side seams (Field Marshals and Generals) and a white linen and navy cloth sword belt. (5)
