A 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Officer's Sabre
82.5cm blade etched, blued and gilt with scrolling foliage, stands of arms, crowned Royal Cypher, Royal Arms and mounted cavalryman, and also etched 'Warranted Double Proof' on the back edge, regulation steel stirrup hilt, with wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its steel scabbard (worn overall), two replacement suspension rings.
