A Regimental Scottish Officer's Basket Hilted Broadsword of the 2nd V.B. Royal Highlanders, The Black Watch
83.5cm double fullered blade by Hobson & Sons, 1,3,& 5 Lexington Street, Golden Square, London, etched with scrolls, crowned EVIIR cypher, thistles and regimental title, regulation plated basket hilt with wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its field service scabbard with large plated chape, complete with its crimson faced buff leather liner with fringe tassel.
