Rawle, Hemmings Row, London, etched with scrolling foliage, H.A.C. cypher and owner's name, regulation gilt hilt, the slightly upturned shell guard pierced with scrolls and applied with a flaming grenade, wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its leather scabbard with engraved brass mounts, two opposed suspension rings.
