70cm sharply curved unfullered blade double edged towards the point etched with Royal Arms, foliage and a stand of arms, regulation copper gilt hilt with lion's head pommel, the knuckle guard incorporating a Royal cypher below a flaming grenade, wire bound fish skin grip, in its brass scabbard with two suspension rings.
