73.5cm blade by Hamburger Rogers & Co, King St. Covent Garden London, etched with scrolling foliage, crowned VR cypher, crossed lances and owner's motto crest and initials, regulation gilt hilt with half boat shell guard embossed with a cockle shell at the rear, wire bound grip, in its leather scabbard with engraved brass mounts, the locket with frog stud, complete with knot with gold bullion strap and tassel.
