88.5cm blade by Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London numbered 33571 for 1895, etched with scrolls crowned VR cypher, Royal Arms and regimental badge motto and title, and owner's initials B.E.P.L within a panel, patent solid hilt with regulation steel scroll guard, wire bound chequered horn grip, in its steel scabbard with two suspension rings.
