Three examples being steel bits with brass ornaments, the first a post-1902 type to the Household Cavalry, this by 'Whippy & Co.,' the ornaments show the Royal Crest and battle honours Peninsular and Waterloo. The second to the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry Cavalry by 'Cuff', the ornaments show St. Edward's crown within a full unit title oval strap (one ornament dented on the rim). The third is marked 'Best Steel', and the ornaments (worn) show a Light Cavalry crown over the Garter and enclosing VR cyphers. (3)
