75.5cm blade by T. Bate Birmingham, Sword Manufacturer Honble Board of Ordnance, etched, blued and gilt with scrolling foliage, crowned GR cypher, the Royal Arms, a stand of arms, and Warranted within a scroll, copper gilt stirrup hilt, the knuckle guard cast with oak leaves, lion's head pommel, langets with oak leaves, wire bound ivory grip, in its leather scabbard with engraved copper mounts, two suspension rings, the locket with frog stud, complete with its sword knot with crimson and gold strap and bullion tassel.
