Of plain rectangular hinged form, with inscribed crest, hallmarked for Birmingham, 1925, and a George III silver-gilt box, later adapted, of rectangular textured form, the hinged cover with later monogrammed plate, by John Shaw, hallmarked for Birmingham, 1814, vesta case length 6.1cm, weight 22gm.
