A sapphire and diamond cocktail watch
The shaped octagonal dial with black Arabic numerals and secondary dial at numeral 6, within single-cut diamond and sapphire set bezel (one sapphire later replaced), between millegrain edged diamond and sapphire hinged shoulders, with cabochon winder, on later unassociated white metal bracelet strap, watch head diameter 16mm.
