Jewelled frosted gilt finished manual wind lever movement with cut and compensated bi-metallic balance and micro-meter adjusted swan neck regulation, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with Arabic numerals at five minute increments, polished case with milled band and back engraved 'H.S.↑2.', fitted in turned brass mount with screw down glass, in hinged hardwood box with nickel plated hinge and latch, plaque inside printed 'MINISTRY OF DEFENSE HYDROGRAPHIC DEPT.
