Anglo-Indian, 19th century,
one side stained red, the other side left natural, both sides with contrasting finials, kings, queens and bishops with ogee shaped balusters, knights with horses' heads, rooks as monobloc turrets, pawns with flat finials,
the king 9cm high, the pawn 4.7cm high.
