• This was acquired by the German tour promoter's rep in Munich, after the band appeared at the Terminal 1 venue on 1st March, which turned out to be the band's final concert. The T-shirt was left in the dressing room and given to the rep for safekeeping. Kurt was taken to see a doctor the following day and the shows set for the 2nd and 3rd were subsequently cancelled.
  
  A few days later Kurt was found collapsed in his hotel room in Rome. The rest of the tour was cancelled and Kurt was admitted to a rehabilitation centre. However, he discharged himself, flew back to Seattle and a week later, on 8th April, was found dead at his home.
