signed Wellington, Crown Court, Soho, London, the telescope mounted in two brackets above racked half circle of degrees, silver compass rose, two spirit levels set at right angles, horizontal circle of degrees with rack and pinion movement and staff-head mount with four leveling screws, in original mahogany case (damaged) with trade label and tripod, theodolite 14in (36cm) high
