The barrels with some blued finish, the silvered body with Tipping & Lawden/Sharp's Patent engraved on the left side, the butt with gutta percha grips moulded with bold foliate-scrollwork

And a Belgian 7mm revolver

The circular barrel with sighting-flat and blade-foresight, the frame with loading-gate on the right side (arbor-pin and ejector-rod missing), folding trigger, the butt with chequered two-piece wooden-grips
