Thomas Solid Self-Locking Vertical Grip patent no. 324 of 4th February 1870, rebounding backlocks with dolphin hammers, percussion fences, foliate-scroll engraving, highly-figured replacement stock (minor inset repair at comb) with ebonite extension, horn-tipped forend, the rebrowned damascus barrels with flat-rib engraved Constructed by Messrs.
