With tapering double-edged blade of flattened diamond section struck on each side with a bladesmith's mark, and waisted bone hilt with two nielloed silver bosses on one side, in original wooden scabbard covered in green velvet with silver locket and chape nielloed with arabesques against a punched ground on the outside
