Boa Or Mangbetu, Late 19th/Early 20th Century
With blackened sharply beaked blade pierced with two circular holes and with bright cutting edges, the back of the blade with a pair of projections of hexagonal section, a single projection en suite at the front, and with turned ivory grip of circular section becoming slightly waisted ovoidal section at the base
