With sighted barrel stamped 'Colt's Pt. Fa. Mfg. Co. Hartford Ct., U.S.A.' along the top and faintly etched 'Colt New 30' along one side, fluted cylinder, frame and bird's head butt, arbor-pin with sprung button catch, spur trigger, figured bird's head grips, and retaining faint traces of original blueing
