With plain barrel and tang, border engraved flat bevelled lock with 'GR' crowned and 'Tower' across the tail, the inside stamped with contractors name 'Blair', ring-neck cock and raised pan, figured full stock (some bruising, fore-end with large repair, ramrod-pipe replaced) stamped with Ordnance Storekeeper's mark above the tail of the lock, regulation brass mounts including trigger-guard engraved 'XVII - Ls.' above 'A 30', and stirrup ramrod, King's proof marks
