Mostly 19th Century
Comprising a Belgian infantry bayonet with fullered blade stamped with inspector's marks at the forte and numbered '1848', muzzle mount stamped '1850M' over '1062' on one side and with rounded quillon, and ribbed brass grip, in original black leather scabbard (damaged) with brass locket; a German 1871 Model Infantry bayonet, no. 85857, the forte stamped 'Ebr. Simson, Suhl', and brass grip with beaked pommel; a French 1840 Model Infantry bayonet, no. 67; two French 1866 Model Infantry bayonets (one pitted), one no. N98385; a French 1886 Model Lebel bayonet, no. 80053, in its original scabbard; a Continental WWII period bayonet, no. 7257, in original scabbard and in unissued condition; a German WWII period 1884/98 Model bayonet, no. 8164, in original steel scabbard (dented); a German 1898 Model Peruvian contract 2nd pattern Neuer bayonet with fullered pipe-back blade; two German 1898 Model 2nd pattern 'butcher' bayonets (pitted); two Austrian 1854 Model Lorenz bayonets; an Austrian 1849 Model Augustin Jager carbine sword-bayonet; and four Continental socket bayonets each with blade of hollow triangular section (18)
