Dated 1885
With tapering steel barrel in two stages, mounted for sights (missing) and rifled with three grooves, the breech with faint traces of original markings, pierced knob-shaped cascabel, and trunnions, one stamped with indistinct R-G-F markings and the date 1877: on original black painted riveted iron cut-out carriage with iron-mounted elevating wedge, one side with applied brass plaque stamped '7pr 200 Lbs R.M.L. Gun. W/D. 1 I.R.C.D. 1885. Reg. No. M. 444. Wt Carrge Lbs. 2.012 Wheels 1.14 Total 3.1.16', and with restored cambered spoked wheels with iron rims and original brass Madras hubs, the limber en suite with pole-trail and modern munition chests painted silver (3)
