With rounded fruitwood body with pierced centre lined in staghorn, profusely inlaid overall with overlapping concentric roundels of white horn and brass containing horn dots and small brass stars, all against a ground of further horn dots and within white horn lines (some losses), later brass suspension mounts each carrying a ring, and turned brass nozzle with sprung cut-off lever
