With body formed from a section of natural ibex horn, russet iron mounts comprising base-plate secured by a screw and stamped with maker's mark, top mount (minor damage) with partly spirally fluted nozzle, chiselled cut-off spring and pierced lever, and horizontally curved bevelled iron belt hook widening towards the pierced terminal
