Of bright steel, with border engraved flat bevelled lock-plate with pointed tail, decorated with a foliated demi-figure beneath the pan and with a profile grotesque head spewing foliage on the tail, foliate engraved ring-neck cock, the head of the retaining screw chiselled with a female profile bust, sprung sliding pan-cover, and pierced foliate engraved arm to the steel
