A Chilean Police Officer's Sword, Two German Military Swords, An Indian Tulwar, And A North African Kaskara

The first of German 1889 Model cavalry type, the pipe-back blade with spear point and indistinctly etched 'Republica De Chile' and 'Policias Fiscale' over both sides, regulation steel hilt of border engraved pierced flat bars framing the arms of Chile on one side of the guard, and partly ribbed hard-rubber grip indented for the fore-finger; a German 1873 Model Uhlan sabre with slightly curved fullered blade etched with foliage and trophies of arms, regulation brass stirrup hilt cast with foliage and military trophies, lion-head pommel, and ribbed wire-bound fishskin covered grip; another of similar form and undecorated (grip binding loose, fishskin mostly missing); the tulwar with waved single-edged blade, and characteristic iron hilt (pommel missing); the kaskara of characteristic form (pitted) (5)
