With plain barrel (some wear and light pitting) punched 'London' (inlay missing) on the breech flat, brass cover over the tang and full stock with curved butt and bulbous pommel all cast and chased with rough designs of foliage, trigger-guard and muzzle-sleeve en suite, the fore-stock embossed and chased with foliage along each side, characteristic lightly engraved lock, iron trigger, and slender iron ramrod
