The blade with two mekugi-ana (one plugged) cut with a hi on each side, gonome-midare hamon with tobiyaki, itame hada, fully bound tsuka with shakudo-nanako fuchi and kabuto-gane decorated in gold with Kiri mon and Tomoe mon, shakudo and gold double mon menuki, and shakudo-nanako tachi tsuba, the dai-seppa decorated with gold mon, in its gold flecked lacquered saya decorated with chrysanthemum in gold lacquer with shakudo-nanako mounts decorated en suite with the tsuka
