1923 Osmond 102cc Junior
Registration no. OL 540
Frame no. 1020
Engine no. 1020
'A company belonging to James in Birmingham. Built machines with 485cc Precision single-cylinder engines, and after 1918 small 102cc and 110cc machines resembling mopeds with Simplex two-stroke motors. The last model had a 239cc two-stroke engine of Osmond's design and manufacture.' Tragatsch. Offered for restoration and sold strictly as viewed, this rare Vintage-era lightweight comes with an old-style logbook, issued 1966, recording a Mr J R Smutts of Birmingham as the owner at that time. The expired MoT on file dates from the same time and it is obvious from the machine's condition that it has not been used for many years.
