The scrolling openwork cartouche with fleur-de-lys, palmette, floral and foliate details, set with cushion-shaped, rose and old brilliant-cut diamonds, flanked by two dragon's heads with ruby eyes and suspending a pearl drop, diamonds approx. 0.45ct total, French assay mark, later rhodium plated, pearl untested, length 4.9cm, fitted case by Wartski London
