The openwork cartouche designed as a series of cushion-shaped and old brilliant-cut diamond scrolls, centrally-set with a circular-cut sapphire in millegrain-setting, suspending a similarly-set pear-shaped sapphire, mounted in silver and gold, to a later flat curb-link chain, diamonds approx. 0.60ct total, later brooch fitting, lengths: pendant 4.5cm, chain 45.5cm
