The circular plaque centrally-set with a cushion-shaped ruby, within a tiered surround of pear and cushion-shaped rubies, and cushion-shaped, old brilliant and rose-cut diamonds, suspending a diamond capped pearl, diamonds approx. 1.50cts total, length 5.5cm, later brooch fitting
