The openwork lozenge-shaped plaque highlighted with floral details, set throughout with cushion-shaped diamonds, to a later single-cut diamond surmount, accompanied by a pendant suspending a pear-shaped diamond in pinched collet-setting, within a cushion-shaped diamond surround, mounted in silver and gold, diamonds approx. 5.90cts total, later brooch pin fitting, composite, lengths: brooch 4.8cm, pendant 2.6cm, fitted case (2)
