The pierced lozenge-shaped plaque, set to the front with three 7.0mm, 7.3mm and 7.3mm natural pearls of white, gold and grey tint, in closed-back settings, within a rose, single and cushion-shaped diamond surround, diamonds approx. 1.00ct total, length 5.0cm
