The finely pierced plaque with foliate and scrolling detail, millegrain-set throughout with single-cut diamonds, and set to the centre with a cushion-shaped aquamarine, suspended from an old brilliant-cut diamond triangular-shaped surmount, to a fancy-link chain, interspersed to the front with trios of similarly-cut diamonds in hexagonal collet-settings, diamonds approx. 2.35cts total, lengths: pendant 4.9cm, surmount 3.7cm, chain 68.0cm
