The demi-lune-shaped jade cabochon within a brushed collet studded each side with circular cabochon blue tourmalines, on a textured hoop with cabochon green quartz stud at the base, mounted in 18 carat yellow gold, maker's mark, later 1986 London hallmark, jade untested, ring size S (illustrated above)

  • This ring was commissioned from Wendy Ramshaw by the vendor. The jade cabochon was specially cut in 1974 and the piece was made in 1976 and originally mounted on a perspex stand with two gold stacking rings either side.
