The pierced brooch with three cushion-shaped diamonds, weighing 2.66, 1.07 and 1.07 carats, in open claw settings above an oval rose-cut diamond in a foiled closed-back setting, within a sinuous scallop-edged frame of cushion-shaped and rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, remaining diamonds approximately 3.80 carats total, width 4.5cm
