The openwork double horseshoe brooch, with a central old brilliant-cut diamond, pierced geometric surround and fishscale border, set throughout with old brilliant and single-cut diamonds and calibré-cut sapphires, principal diamond approximately 0.45 carat, remaining diamonds approximately 2.10 carats total, one sapphire deficient, French marks, length 6.0cm, later brooch fitting
