The highly articulated necklace, composed of eleven graduated baroque cultured pearls, each set within a textured 'oyster shell', alternating with collet-set cabochon sapphires and pairs of old brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Grima, maker's mark on clasp, length 54.0cm

  • This necklace was commissioned from Grima in 1997 and the clasp, by Binder of Zurich, was supplied by the client to be incorporated into the design.
