The scrolling cartouche set throughout with cushion-shaped, old brilliant, rose and single-cut diamonds, highlighted with a natural pearl and ribbons of pink, blue, green and black enamel and calibré-cut green paste, suspending a cultured pearl of brown tint, mounted in silver and gold, diamonds approximately 5.65 carats total, length 7.4cm
