The circular watch case decorated in grey-blue guilloché enamel, with rose-cut diamond highlights, the dial with Arabic numerals, with frosted gilt bar movement and wolf's tooth winding lever escapement with cut and compensated balance, suspended from a sautoir composed of a delicate series of seed pearls and finely detailed enamelled cylinders, connected by a circular rose-cut diamond link and shorter matching chain, dial signed Cartier, inside case back numbered, some enamel damage to the reverse, watch length 4.3cm, short chain length 7.3cm, long chain length 57.0cm
